The St. Stepanos Church (Armenian Սուրբ Ստեփանոս Եկեղեցի - Surb Stepanos Yekeghetsi ) was an Armenian Apostolic Church, the (now Izmir) was in the Basmane district of the city of Smyrna in Turkey.

The building of St. Stepanos Church dates from the 14th century, after which the church was rebuilt several times and renovated. After a fire seriously damaged the church in 1858 was reconstructed again. The church was in a built up area of the district of Izmir Basmane and had an adjoining cemetery. She was the most important and famous Armenian church in the city until it was destroyed by the Great Fire of Smyrna in 1922. The church served the Armenian community, together with the Surp Mesrop private school for boys and the Surp Hripsime School for girls as the main institution of the city. The church affiliated schools were also located in the district Basmane.
