Stade Abdoulaye Makoro Cissoko is a multi-purpose stadium in the Republic of Mali, the sports venue located in the southern part of the city of Kayes. The oval -scale step-like rising audience platform provides seating for 15,000 spectators.

History

The stadium was built by order of the government headed " Ministère de la Jeunesse et des Sports" by the Chinese construction company COVEC and asked manufactures 2001. The official inauguration took place on 10 January 2002 with the opening match by the Malian national football team against the Zambian national football team instead, which ended in a draw Siel ( Full 1:1). The stadium was also the venue of the Coupe d' Afrique des nations de football 2002.

The stadium is also the home ground of the " Association sportive Sigui Kayes " (abbreviated AS Sigui Kayes ).
