Stand Up and Take Action

STAND UP ( German: " Get up! " ) Is an action of the UN Millennium Campaign and the Global Call to Action Against Poverty ( GCAP ), people around the globe to prompt, as a symbol against poverty, injustice, and for the UN stand up and fight for the Millennium Development Goals targets.

2006 was attended by more than 23.5 million people, in 2007 there were 43.7 million people.
