Stanislav HoÄevar
Stanislav Hočevar SDB ( born November 12, 1944 in Jelendol, Novo mesto ) is religious priests and Roman Catholic Archbishop of Belgrade.
He joined the Congregation of the Salesians of Don Bosco and was ordained a priest on 29 June 1973. On March 25, 2000, Pope John Paul II appointed Coadjutor Archbishop of Belgrade - Smederevo. He received episcopal ordination on 24 May of the same year. On March 31, 2001, he followed Franc Perko after as Archbishop of Belgrade.
Hocevar is Chairman of the International Bishops' Conference of the Saints Cyril and Methodius.
