Starlight Banjul

The Starlight Gunners Football Club is a football club based in Banjul, the capital of the West African State Gambia. They played successfully in the 1980s in the highest league in Gambian football in the GFA League First Division and had won most recently in the 1980/81 season the championship.

For the first time in appearance were the Starlight Gunners in the 1967 season / 68th

At the end of the season 2003/ 04 they are in the GFA League Second Division descended from which they descended again to the end of the 2006 season.
