Stations of the Resurrection

The Via Lucis (Eng. light path ) is a relatively new form of worship in the Roman Catholic Church.

It is modeled after the Stations of the Cross (via crucis ), but has events to the paschal feast to the subject.

This should take account of the second Vatikanischem council bill and also the pilgrim book of the Holy Year 2000.

Formation

The light path was built in the 90s in the context of the Salesians of Don Bosco.

Meanwhile, this devotion is celebrated also in the context of World Youth Day and there are first devotional paths with the 14 stations (sometimes only 7 stops) in the making.

The stations

The optical path includes, as the Way of the Cross, 14 stations, with events from Easter to Pentecost.
