Stätzerhorn

The Stätzerhorn ( 2,574 m above sea level. M. ) is a mountain in Lenzerheide in the canton of Graubünden ( Switzerland ), through the culmination is the boundary of the two communities Churwalden and Trans GR.

The mountain is accessible from several sides by excellent hiking trails (Grade T2). The ski tourist passes from the Alp Stätz ( 1,820 m above sea level. M. ) with a modern 6-seat chairlift in the Lenzerheide lifts for 8 minutes driving time of around 750 meters to just below the Stätzerhorn summit ( 2,500 m above sea level. M. ). From Stätzerhorn one has a panoramic view of the Lenzerheide, Above the stone, the Heinz mountain, the Domleschg and parts of the Surselva on the top part of the Alpine Rhine Valley.
