Steam digester

A Papinscher pot is the precursor of modern pressure cooker dar. It is a container in which, through the generation of different pressures, the boiling temperature can be affected by water. It was developed in 1674 by Denis Papin ( 1647-1712 ). The pressure was about one weight to a rod, which was connected to an opening in a container, to be regulated continuously. When the container internal pressure sufficient to lift the weight, this pressure relief valve opened. This supplement of the boiler was an important step in the development of the steam engine dar.
