Steffen Wohlfarth
Steffen Wohlfarth ( born 14 September 1983 in Friedrichshafen, Germany ) is a German footballer who acts as a striker.
Career
Steffen Wohlfarths footballing career began at SC Schnetzenhausen, a small ski and football club from the district of Friedrichshafen Schnetzenhausen.
Until 2000, Wohlfarth played at the larger sports club of his hometown, VfB Friedrichshafen, known by the Volleyball Bundesliga team. This year, the site switched to the U-19 division of SC Freiburg, where he remained until 2002. Then Wohlfarth played three years until 2005 in the amateur team of Breisgauer before he finally came to the professionals. Lack assertiveness, he joined the 2006/07 season to the third division FC Ingolstadt 04, who finished the season in fifth and only narrowly missed promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga.
In the following season 2007/ 08 Wohlfarth contributed 11 goals in 33 league games to climb in 2nd Bundesliga in and gave the 3-2 win in the home match against SpVgg Greuther Fürth in this his debut on August 17, 2008 ( 1st Round ). After the commitment of coach Benno Möhlmann Wohlfarth was only second choice in the storm, so that the termination of the contract with FC Ingolstadt was announced in December 2010.
On 7 January 2011 the obligation was known (until 30 June 2012) by Wohlfarth for the third division football team on the homepage of FC Bayern Munich. On 22 January 2011 ( 20th Round ) debuted Wohlfarth in the jersey of Bayern, as they lost in the away match against Wacker Burghausen 0:2; his first goal was in the 66th minute penalty converted by connecting hits in the 1-2 defeat at home to FC Carl Zeiss Jena on 11 February 2011 (24th Round ). It was followed by five more goals, but the descent of the Bayern reserve from the 3rd league could not even prevent Wohlfarth.
The 3rd League, he nevertheless remained preserved since he received a valid until 30 June 2013 contract for 2011/12 season when Wehen. For the second half of 2012/13, his contract was dissolved at Wehen prematurely.
In January 2013 Wohlfarth then signed a 13 valid until the end of the season 2012 / contract with the Scottish first division Ross County, for which he is on 30 January 2013 ( 25th Round ) debuted in a 1-0 victory in the home match against Hibernian. On March 9, 2013 ( 30th Round ), he decided with his goal for a 3-2 victory at home against Celtic Glasgow in 90 minutes not only the game, but also scored his first goal in the Scottish league. After this season, he finished his pro career and now plays in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg FV Ravensburg, for which he on August 10, 2013 ( Matchday 1 ) in the 3-3 draw in the away match against FC Nöttingen debuted and on 7 September 2013 (6th Round ) in a 3-2 victory at home to 1.FC Heidenheim II scored his first goal.
