The Stemme AG is a company based in Strausberg company that specializes in the production of motor gliders.

History

The Stemme AG was founded in 1984 by Reiner Stemme in Berlin -Wedding. The operation was moved in 1993 to Strausberg near the airfield Strausberg.

Products

  • Stemme S10, with this motor glider was achieved in 2000, the world record in cross country flying. It was flown by Klaus Ohlmann in the Andes, a distance of 2,463 kilometers in 14 hours.
  • Stemme S6 motorgliders two-seater, first flight in 2006
  • Stemme S15- prototype (UAV) The Sagem Patroller is based on the Stemme S15.
