Stephen Glass

Stephen Glass (born 1972 in Highland Park, Illinois) is an American author and former journalist.

Glass was born into a Jewish family. He studied at the University of Pennsylvania. In 1993 he was editor of the student newspaper, the Daily Pennsylvanian. In 1994, he broke the law school and was on the editorial board of The New Republic, as well as a freelancer for the magazines Rolling Stone, George and Harper's.

In 1998 it was announced that Stephen Glass had several articles that were published in The New Republic falsified.

Stephen Glass who later completed the study and wrote a book about his life. 2003, the story of Stephen Glass, under the title Shattered Glass was filmed.
