Stephen Skinner (American politician)

Stephen Skinner is an American politician of the Democratic Party.

Life

Skinner studied law and worked after his studies as a lawyer. In November 2012 Skinner succeeded as the successor of John Doyle of the catchment as an MP in the House of Representatives from West Virginia.
