Stewart Sharpless

Stewart Sharpless Lane ( born March 29, 1926 in Milwaukee, † 19 January 2013) was an American astronomer who examined the structure of the Milky Way.

Stewart Sharpless was Professor Emeritus Department of Physics and Astronomy, University of Rochester.
