Stomil Olsztyn (company)

Stomil Olsztyn SA was a Polish tire manufacturer based in Olsztyn. The company was formed in 1992 from the transformation of government established in 1967 tire manufacturer OZOS " Stomil " out. 1995, it was bought mostly by Michelin. From 1995 until May 28, 2004, the company was listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In 2005 it was part of the Michelin group named Michelin Polska SA. With about 4,000 employees, it is one of the largest Michelin plants and the largest tire factory in Poland.
