Stojko Marinow Sakaliew (also Stoyko Marinov Sakaliev written, Bulgarian Стойко Маринов Сакалиев; born March 25, 1979 in Burgas ) is a Bulgarian football player.

Career

Association

Stojko Sakaliew began his professional career in 1996 in his native city at Neftochimik Burgas. 2004 moved to CSKA Sofia Sakaliew, where he remained until 2007. After a loan at Locomotive Plovdiv, Spartak Varna Sakaliew went to 2008 and 2009 to the Polish club Arka Gdynia. For the 2010/11 season he returned to Bulgaria, where he first played against newly Akademik Sofia and in the 2011/12 season for his hometown club Neftochimik Burgas. After the season he moved to Malta, where he played in the first division Kercem Ajax.

Sakaliew was used four times in the Bulgarian national football team.
