Strzeblewo

Strzebielewo ( German Strebelow ) is a dwelling-place in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland. It belongs to the Gmina Rymań (Town novel).

Geographical location

The living space is located in Eastern Pomerania, about 90 kilometers north-east of Szczecin, about two kilometers north of the village Leszczyn ( Lestin ).

History

The living space was founded in the early 19th century as a wooden cottages of the manor in Lestin. Later Strebelow was run as a Vorwerk of the manor. Just north was at that time the Lestiner brickyard, which was shut down in the 1900s; in place a farmstead has been created.

The place name " Strebelow " was also used for the 10 kilometers west of lying Vorwerk Klenow. A correlation of naming is not detectable.

In the parcelling of the former manor Lestin in the years 1903-1907 Strebelow was sold separately with 125 acres of land. The buyer, named Gerhard cheek, Strebelow managed as a separate, small farm estate. In 1939 the farm was 150 acres of land, with ten horses, 60 cattle and 100 pigs.

By 1945 Strebelow belonged to the municipality Lestin and with this the district Kolberg- Körlin Pomerania.

After the Second World War came Strebelow how completely Pomerania to Poland. The place name has been Polonized as Strzebielewo.
