Student society

As a student organization is known in general about any local association of students, irrespective of the Association purpose. In terms of their composition, however, can be distinguished at least two basic types:

On the one hand there are the mergers of local student bodies, which in turn partly on the compulsory membership of all students in a university based ( Student Representatives ).

On the other hand there are the so-called student associations that are based on the principle of voluntary individual membership. This group in addition to the (party ) political associations also include the non-local groupings of students' associations as well as the countless professional associations, religious or artistic- cultural nature

The third type of association could finally consider the so-called action groups that are more likely to be closed on time and to pursue a specific goal and can belong to which both individual student bodies, a wide variety of organizations and individuals.
