Suat Kılıç

Suat Kılıç ( born July 23, 1972 in Samsun) is a Turkish politician of the Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi ( AKP) and journalist.

Life

Kılıç studied until 1995 Law at the University of Ankara. After his studies he worked as a journalist in various radio and television programs in Turkey. While working as a parliamentary reporter, he joined the ACP and was elected in 2002 as MP for Samsun in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, whose youngest member, he was, and was re-elected in 2007. In 2009, his parliamentary group elected him their deputy chairman. After his re- re-election, he was of 6 July 2011 to 25 December 2013 as the successor of Faruk Nafiz Özak Minister of Sport and Youth in Turkey. He was succeeded in office as Minister Akif Çağatay Kılıç.

Suat Kılıç is married and has two children.
