Suleyman Sleyman

Suleyman Sleyman ( born December 28, 1979 in Södertälje ) is a Swedish football player Syro- Aramaic origin.

Career

Sleyman began playing football at Södertälje FF. His first stop in the men's football was Syrianska FC. In 1998 he went to Hammarby IF, but came because of injury problems rarely used. In order to gain match practice, he returned in 2000 for a short time back on loan to FC Syrianska. Then he went back to Hammarby IF, where he could earn a regular place in the sequence. In 2001, he won the league title with the team. In 2006, he missed because of an injury he had suffered in training camp to prepare for the season, the majority of the season, but regained his place in the connection again.

13 January 2008 Sleyman debuted in the Swedish national team. In the 1-0 victory over the Costa Rican national team during an American tour he was in the starting and was in the 71 minutes replaced by Peter Larsson, another debutant.
