Sullivan Stapleton

Sullivan Stapleton ( born June 14, 1977 in Melbourne, Australia) is an Australian actor.

Life

Stapleton was born in Melbourne in 1977. He is the brother of actress Jacinta Stapleton, who became known for her role Amy Greenwood in the series neighbors.

From 2005 to 2007 he led a relationship with actress Carla Bonner.

Career

Stapleton studied at St. Martin's Theatre in Melbourne and on Sandringham Secondary College. His first acting role he took over in 1994 in the Australian television series Baby Bath Massacre. He then played again and again smaller roles, for example, in December Boys, The Hunt and The Gangster Squad. His role in Animal Kingdom as Craig Cody was honored with a nomination for the AACTA Award for Best Supporting Role category. In the comic book adaptation 300: Rise of an Empire Stapleton takes his first starring role. He can be seen there as a Greek commander Themistocles.
