Susan Whetnall

Susan " Sue " Whetnall ( born December 11, 1942 in Swanley, born Susan Pound ) is a former English badminton player. Paul Whetnall is her husband.

Career

Sue Whetnall won 1974 and 1978 gold at the European Championships with the English team. In 1976, she fought for the first place at the European Championships in women's doubles with Gillian Gilks ​​. In her long career, she won all the major titles, only the introduction of the official World Championships in 1977 came too late for them.
