Sven Helbig

Sven Helbig ( * 1968 in ironworks town ) is a German composer, music producer and director.

Biography

Sven Helbig founded in 1996 together with the horn player Markus Rindt the Dresden Symphony Orchestra. The orchestra specializing in new, symphonic music in remarkable productions and was the first European symphony orchestra exclusively for contemporary music. He finished his role in 2007 to devote more attention to their own musical work. It emerged first orchestral pieces, film scores and compositions for electronic music ( Breakcore ).
