Sverre Hansen (athlete)

Sverre Hilmar Hansen ( born November 12, 1899 in Oslo, † February 25, 1991 ) was a Norwegian athlete.

Career

The Norwegian national champion in the long jump the years 1921 to 1924 won in this discipline at the Olympic Summer Games in Paris in 1924 with 7.26 m bronze medal. With this length, he remained only two inches below his personal best of 7.28 meters, which he achieved in the same year.
