Sylvia Karres

Sylvia Karres ( born November 8, 1976 in Leiderdorp ) is a Dutch hockey player who. Herself as a striker for the Amsterdamsche Hockey & Bandy Club in Hoofdklasse Furthermore, it is currently in the squad of the Dutch national hockey team with them in Athens won the silver medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics. In addition Karres could achieve with the Dutch team the title at the Field Hockey Women's World Cup in Madrid in 2006 and was also named leading scorer of the tournament.
