SyMon Bootmanager
Symon Boot Manager is a small partition and boot manager which is written entirely in assembly code and therefore requires very little space for its installation. The program to create up to 36 partitions on a hard drive enables it can be organized on these partitions up to 20 operating systems. Despite its small size, the program has a pseudo- graphical interface and is equipped with numerous functions.
Its special features include:
- Independence from operating systems: the program itself is then run if no operating system is installed.
- High flexibility: the program can boot any operating system which is bootable even with the default boot loader.
- Recovery function: a sequential scanning of the hard drive finds lost partitions.
- Extensive online documentation in German.
- No separate partition necessary: the program is usually installed on the track 0 of a hard drive, in case of conflicts with other software installation in Track 1 is optional.

The program was developed by Vladimir Dashevsky and is free. The current version is R3.21.
