Tábor District

The Okres Tabor ( Tabor district ) is an administrative region ( " okres ", type: LAU - 1) in Czech Bohemia.

Geography

It spreads in the north of the South Bohemian Region ( South Bohemia, ) around the city of Tabor from. Covering an area of ​​1326 km ² is home to around 102,000 residents in 110 communities, of which 8 cities.

Nature

It is a circle with many scenic attractions. In addition to forests, the deer, fallow deer and mouflon offer protection, you will also find moorlands. The environmental conditions are good. Protected areas are:

• The Chejnower hollow (the oldest cave formation in the Czech Republic ),
