Taça das Nações
The Taça das Naçoes ( Portuguese for: Nations Cup ) was an international football tournament, which was attended by four major football nations. It took place in 1964 in Brazil to mark the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Brazilian Football Federation held. Were invited to Argentina, Portugal and England. The games in late May / early June took place in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
The tournament served the nations also to pre- assessment two years before the World Cup in England. Argentina won all the games and to win him the tournament.
