Tadeusz Zaydel

Tadeusz Zaydel was a Polish skiers.

Career

Zaydel was a member of the SN PTT -1907 Klub Sportowy Kemping Zakopane and there one of the most important Polish ski jumper in his time. In 1923 he became the Polish Junior Champion. A year later, 1924, he was Polish champion in ski jumping.

In the Nordic World Ski Championships 1925 in Johannesbad Zaydel landed in ski jumping individual at rank 38 before he finished the cross-country skiing over 18 km, 82. In ski jumping, he presented with 40.5 meters on a new Polish record.

At the Olympic Winter Games in 1928, he was a soldier participants of the Polish team at the military patrol race, which reached the seventh place.

After the end of his active career was devoted Zaydel painting.
