Tails (character)
Miles " Tails " Prower, better known by his nickname Tails (English: ' tails '; japanese :テイルスTeirusu ), is a two-tailed fox from the Sonic games series from Sega.
Background
Tails apart from the antagonists Doctor Eggman, the first supporting character of the game series and at the same time according to a survey of Sega 's third most popular character. It occurs in almost every Sonic game and had with Tails Adventure and Tails' Skypatrol for the Sega Game Gear and Tails and the Music Maker for the Sega Pico his own games. Development
Tails was designed by Yasushi Yamaguchi for an internal competition from Sega, which he also won. Yasushi named the character originally "Miles Prower ", where the developer team of Sonic Team gave him the nickname " Tails ". Subsequently, both parties agreed to call him "Miles Tails Prower ". Description
Tails is an eight year old fox. Initially Tails had an orange coat and black eyes, but this has changed with the release of the game Sonic Adventure for the Dreamcast and PC. Tails' appearance was ( as with many other characters at this time) revised by Yuji Uekawa. Since then, he has a yellow skin and bright blue eyes. It occurs very humble and friendly, sometimes acts but also naive. He has an IQ of 300 and is able to design, machinery and aircraft and to build. However, it sometimes lacks self-confidence. His preference is peppermint and his greatest fear is lightning.
The most well-known ability of Tails is his ability to fly, which he achieved by rotating its two tails. He can also, in contrast to Sonic, swim and is an excellent pilot.
