Sonic Adventure (ソニック アドベンチャー, Sonikku Adobenchā ) is a computer game that was published in 1998 by the company for Sega Dreamcast and developed by Sonic Team. 2001, the direct successor to Sonic Adventure 2 was released and published in 2003, Sega with Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut an improved edition of the original game for the Nintendo GameCube and Microsoft Windows. Plot and gameplay

The story in both versions is almost identical, showing Sega most famous video game character Sonic and minor characters in the series. These are involved in a fight with a powerful illustrated liquid creature called "chaos". Dr. Eggman, who is the enemy in many Sonic games, will appear along with the being above the beginning of the game.

Characters of the game

Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut (ソニック アドベンチャー デラ シクス, Sonikku Adobenchā Derakusu ) is a remake of Sonic Adventure with some new features and bonuses. The game was released in 2003 and 2004 for GameCube and PC. With the release of Sonic Adventure on the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade also appeared as an additional patch of the Director's Cut as an upgrade, which can also be downloaded to insert the additional features of Sonic Adventure DX to the original game.
