The Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Tamaulipas ( IEST ), German: Institute for Advanced Studies of Tamaulipas, is a private, independent university based in Tamaulipas, Mexico.

The college was founded in 1974, in 2005 she joined the network of Red de Universidades Anáhuac to, which is supported by the Congregation of the Legionaries of Christ. Headquartered in Altamira, there is another campus in Ciudad Valles.
