Tami Stronach

Tami Stronach (actually Tamara Stronach, born July 31, 1972 in Tehran, Iran) is an American dancer and former actress British- Israeli origin.

Biography

Tami Stronach was born in Tehran, the daughter of a Scottish father and an Israeli mother. However, the family immigrated in 1979 because of the Islamic Revolution in the United States of America.

Five years later, in 1984, had the then twelve- year-old in the feature film The Neverending Story, directed by Wolfgang Petersen. For her performance as Childlike Empress, she was nominated for the Young Artist Award. With a produced by Ralph Siegel single called Fairy Queen, she tried to be a singer.

Despite the success as an actress would not allow her parents to continue with acting because they feared their daughter might learn a fate like other child stars.

She was a dancer of the Neta Dance Company and is now active as a choreographer in New York.
