The Hakametsä (also Jäähalli Tampere ) is an ice rink in Tampere, Finland. It is primarily used for ice hockey and is the home arena of the ice hockey clubs Ilves, Tappara and Koo -Vee. It was built in 1965 and is the oldest ice rink in Finland. In the same year the Ice Hockey World Championships took place there. The Hakametsä can accommodate 7,800 spectators, of which have 6,635 seats and 1,165 standing places.
