Tara Subkoff

Tara Subkoff ( born December 10, 1972 in Westport, Connecticut; native Tara Lyn Subkoff ) is an American actress and fashion designer.

Life and achievements

However, Tara Subkoff attended the Parsons School of Design in New York City, she left after a year. As an actress she made her debut in 1993 at the site of Ally Walker and Martin Sheen in a larger role in the thriller Murdered on July 16. In Mystery Thriller Deception - Deadly Deception (1996 ), she performed alongside Alicia Silverstone and Kevin Dillon. In the horror film Black Circle Boys ( 1997) she played one of the major roles alongside Scott Bairstow, in the movie drama All Over Me from the same year, she took a starring role. Another main role she played in the comedy Lover Girl ( 1997). In the comedy The Last Days of Disco (1998) played Subkoff alongside Chloë Sevigny, Kate Beckinsale and Jennifer Beals, in the sci-fi thriller The Cell (2000), she performed alongside Jennifer Lopez and Vincent D' Onofrio.

As a fashion designer Tara Subkoff created in 2000 along with Matthew Damhave the fashion label Imitation of Christ, for that too Chloë Sevigny short time as Creative Director acted. The label, which is distinguished in the eyes of professionals through the simultaneity of avant-garde and retro look and flamboyant presentation shows is implemented since 2001, after the resignation of Tara Subkoff Damhaves alone. The name of the label comes from the book Imitation of Christ ( Imitation of Christ ) of the late medieval author Thomas a Kempis.
