Tarık Akan

Tarık Akan ( born December 13, 1949 in Istanbul; civil Tarık Tahsin Üregül ) is a Turkish actor.

Life

Akan is the youngest of three siblings. His father was an officer, so the family moved in his youth very often inside Turkey has to offer. The elementary school he started in Dumlupınar and finished it in Kayseri. After the father retired, the family settled in Istanbul. Akan studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Yildiz. Subsequently, he studied journalism.
