Tarn (department)
The Tarn [ taʀn ] is a French department of atomic number 81 It is in the south of the country, in the Midi -Pyrenees and was named after the Tarn River. The region is heavily agricultural. Capital is Albi, birthplace of the painter Toulouse -Lautrec.
Geography
The Tarn is adjacent to the Aveyron, Hérault, Aude, Haute- Garonne and Tarn -et -Garonne.
