The Tarnefitzer Elbe is a river in Saxony- Anhalt.

It rises north of the village of Breitenfeld ( Gardelegen ) at the foot of Hellberge and then runs to the east of the towns and property Jeggau south towards Drömling. Later it happened Tarnefitz and finally flows as Sichauer Beeke in the ear in north Calvörde. It originated as the other channels in the Drömling, by cultivation of the Drömling, triggered by Frederick the Great ( King of Prussia ).

However, your style similar to the same name does not do justice concerning the keeping water quantity. Only in times of heavy snow melt has the same Tarnefitzer a significant water management.
