Taylor Fedun

Taylor Fedun ( born June 4, 1988 in Edmonton, Alberta ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is since March 2011 the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League under contract on their farm team that plays Oklahoma City Barons in the American Hockey League.

Career

The preferred operating on the position of the defender Taylor Fedun was initially active from 2002 to 2003 for the SSAC Lions in the Alberta Major Bantam Hockey League, before he ran aground, the following two years of playing in the shirt of the SSAC Athletics in the Alberta Midget Hockey League. From 2005 to 2007, the Canadians played in the Canadian Junior Football League unterklassigen Alberta Junior Hockey League for the Fort Saskatchewan Traders and Spruce Grove Saints. Then Fedun began studying at Princeton University and went for the ice hockey team, the Tigers, in the ECAC Hockey on the ice. In the 2007 /08 season he won the ECAC Championship with the team. The defender spent three more years in the University team and was honored during this time with several individual awards. In his last season he was the team captain of the Princeton Tigers.

Fedun, who was never drafted, has been committed in March 2011 as a free agent by the Edmonton Oilers to a two-year entry-level contract. However, for the 2011/12 season he fell completely out from playing because an injury put him out of action. His pro debut, he finally gave to season 2012/13 for their AHL farm team, the Oklahoma City Barons.
