Telecommunications for Disaster Relief

Telecommunications for Disaster Relief (TDR ) ( German telecommunications for disaster assistance) is clear from the decision of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU- T SG 11 February 2002), for the identification of the priority of interstate telecommunications in disaster assistance. In addition, the Mobile Network Code has been assigned to 88 in the shared Mobile Country Code under 901.
