Temple-Inland

In 1973 the company Time, Inc., the company acquired Temple Industries, Inc. and merged this with the company Eastex Pulp and Paper Company, the company Temple - Eastex, Inc. 1978 acquired Time, Inc., the company domestic. 1983 these companies were separated under the name Temple-Inland as a new independent company. 2002 acquired Temple-Inland, the company Gaylord Container Corporation.
