Templemore ( Irish: An Teampall Mór; German: "The Great Church ") is a town in County Tipperary in the central inland of the Republic of Ireland.

The place

Templemore is situated in the northeast of the county of Tipperary, and had the Census 2006 with a population of 2,255 people; It belongs administratively to North Tipperary.
