Terillus

Terillos was a tyrant of the Greek city of Himera in Sicily in the 5th century BC.

When he 483 BC by Theron, the tyrant of Akragas, was expelled from Himera, he called the Carthaginians for help. This upgraded then a large force of landed 480 BC in Panormos and marched under the leadership of Hamilcar, the suffetes of Carthage, and the Terillos against Himera, where they suffered a crushing defeat at the Battle of Himera.
