Tetsuo Kagawa

Tetsuo Kagawa (香 川 哲男jap, Tetsuo Kagawa, born 1969 ) is a Japanese amateur astronomer and asteroid explorer.

He is a staff member at the Gekko Observatory (IAU code 888). In addition to his independent discoveries he devoted himself to post on the Nihondaira Observatory (IAU code 385) collected data. This work led to the discovery today of a total of 114 asteroids, 17 of them in collaboration with his colleague Takeshi Urata.

The asteroid ( 6665 ) Kagawa was named after him.
