Thale (Verwaltungsgemeinschaft)

In the administration of the district community Thale Harz four municipalities had on 1 January 1994 originally joined forces to accomplish the administrative business. Since the incorporations of municipalities Weddersleben and Neinstedt on 1 January 2009 and Westerhausen on 1 September 2010 to Thale managing community is dissolved. Last lived on 120.21 km ² 19,119 inhabitants (as of 31 December 2008). The last chief administrator was Thomas Balcerowski.
