The Barbarians (band)

The Barbarians is a garage rock band that was founded in 1964 in Cape Cod (Massachusetts ).

They landed a hit with the single Are You a Boy or Are You a Girl? . The band was led by the one-armed drummer Victor " Moulty " Moulton. Moulton lost part of his left arm in an explosion at the age of fourteen. He had, therefore, on his left arm, which allowed to keep a prosthesis him a drum stick.

The band broke up in 1966.
