The Beautiful Life: TBL is an American drama television series that was first aired on 16 September 2009 in the U.S. channel The CW. The main roles were Mischa Barton, Corbin Bleu, Elle Macpherson and Sara Paxton. The series is about a group of female and male models who have a common residence in New York City. Mike Kelley served as showrunner for the series. This is based on a script by former model -turned- writer Adam Giaudrone. Ashton Kutcher is the producer.
Production
The channel The CW ordered 13 episodes for the first season.
On 25 September 2009 TBL was canceled after the first two episodes broadcast again, as the rates were too low. Six full episodes were produced until then. The dismissal came during the filming of the seventh episode. Reported on 17 November 2009, The New York Daily News that the station plans to broadcast the remaining episodes in the summer months. However, a CW spokesman said that the status of the episodes not yet broadcast must still be determined.
