The Cullinan

The Cullinan I II (Chinese天 玺/天 玺, Tiānxǐ Pinyin, Cantonese Tin1 saai2 ) are at 270 meters and 68 floors, two of the tallest skyscrapers in Hong Kong. The building was completed in 2008 and belonging to the Union Square Complex at. Another component of this complex is Teild the International Commerce Centre, the tallest skyscraper in Hong Kong with 484 meters.

Named after the Cullinan Diamond buildings are mainly used as living space. The purchase prices of apartments are currently (as of November 2013) at 32,000 Hong Kong dollars per square foot, equivalent to 33,000 EUR per square meter. The two penthouses were offered during the construction phase for about 30 million euros (equivalent to one square meter price of about 70,000 euros ) and were estimated by the Time magazine in 2009 the most expensive apartments in the world.
