The Elder Son is an American comedy film from the year 2006. Directed by Marius Balchunas, who also wrote the screenplay with Scott Sturgeon.
Action
The Russian-born musician Max lives in Los Angeles. One day he meets Bo know who is hiding from the police and wants to steal the musicians together with an accomplice. Bo claims he is the lost son of Max He falls later in the daughter of the musician Lolita.
Reviews
Peter Martin wrote in Cinematical dated 6 August 2007, the film had - like Heavens Fall - little chance to get into the cinema.
Background
The world premiere took place on 31 October 2006 at the Australian International Film Festival. On 18 October 2007 the film on the Hamptons International Film Festival was shown. In 2008 he was presented at the International Film Festival in Cannes, where he was, however, attributed to the B-movies shown at the edge of the festival.
