The Marksman - Pinpoint is an American action film starring Wesley Snipes in the title role of " Painters ". Directed by Marcus Adams.

Action

Scene of the action film is Russia. A large nuclear power station is stormed by a crowd of brutal Chechen rebels. They take hostages and want to steal the plutonium. Because not only Russian but also American technicians are included in the system, the Russians ask for American help. These send a special unit of the United States Navy SEALs under the command of Lieutenant Painter. Painter will mark his men the nuclear power plant electronically so that it can be bombed. Soon, however, Painter needs to realize that the U.S. was deceived and should be brought to attack an active nuclear power plant.
