The Rembrandts (Album)

Occupation

  • Vocals, guitar, keyboards Phil Solem
  • Vocals, guitar, bass, keyboards, drums: Danny Wilde

The Rembrandts is the debut album of the same name from the band in 1990.

Genesis

The musician Phil Solem and Danny Wilde, who knew each other from their time together in the band Great Buildings, could show no particularly great success before the release of the debut album of Rembrandt. So the two took no great expectations in the spring of 1990 on some demos. With the help of drummer Pat Mastelotto, the duo ended up with Atco Records, which, as they were the 13 demo recordings, released as an album.
